Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at our Site: Perky & Gorgeous Sporty – Sports Gear and Accessories Store  (https://gymsportsgear.com). We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason mention below, you may return it to us for a refund.

Returns

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. Therefore you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. You may also notify us within 12hrs of submitting orders to cancel order if it is yet to be shipped.

Once an item or product is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of purchase or 7 days after your item has been delivered.

We guarantee that you can return the item and receive a full refund excluding shipping fee if the product you received is not as described, it’s entirely different from your order, it’s damaged or defective.

On the other hand, you can choose to keep the product and agree for a partial refund amount directly from us via email. Partial refund amount cannot be more than 50% of total amount originally paid for the item or product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please get back to us via chatting platform on the Site or send an email to us at help@gymsportsgear.com, stating reasons for initiating the return with an attached evidence of item or product purchase. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your correspondence.

We will get back to you within 24hrs authorizing your returns with other details you may need.

Return Shipment

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies and ship back to us.

The return shipping fee will be paid by you. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item, and the acceptance or rejection of your return item.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All items will be inspected on return.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will start processing your refund. We hope to finish processing and returning your refund within 10 days after receiving your returned item.

Your refund will be made through the same payment processor and to the same credit card you use in paying for the item.

If after 10 days of acknowledging the receipt of return order email we sent you, you have not receive your refund, kindly check your card or bank statement. If after checking you cannot confirm it, you are  free to contact us.

Buyers Protection/Seller Guarantee:

(a) Full refund if you don’t receive your order within 30days for buyers from and shipment to  the United States; and 60 days for buyers from and shipment to all other countries.

(b) Full refund (minus shipping fees) if the item is not as described, significantly different from the seller’s product description, damaged or become defective during shipping process.

(c) Partial refund if the item is not as described, significantly different from the seller’s product description, becomes damaged or defective during shipping process and buyer choose to keep the item.
